I have known destiny a very long time. We used to work together, and she always helps me out with getting insurance referrals. I have had experiences with this dealership in the past that were less than desirable. What a difference 5 years make! My experience was a 360 degree turnaround. They were responsive to my online inquiry and had the car that peaked my interest, still on the lot when I arrived. Robert Miller was a wonderful salesperson, very friendly, accommodating and quite efficient. He even followed up after the purchase and responded positively to a minor kerfuffle I encountered. The new finance process is state of the art, all of the documents electronically signed which feels way more effective and time-saving. Kudos to all of the improvements!
